We have 2 formats for hosting and purchasing through our contents / estate sales. Please review our terms of purchase. When shopping at our estate / contents sales you agree to the following terms of purchase.
In-person / open house sales: these sales are hosted in person at a physical location. When you enter the property you enter at your own risk, we do not take any liability for any accidents or injuries you may incur while on the property. When you are moving furniture, you are doing so at your own discretion and your own liability we do not take responsibility for any personal injury or damage to the item you may have purchased. Cash or E transfers are accepted on site. All items sold as is where is and is final sale.
Online sales: items are described and photographed to the best of our ability and as true to likeness as possible. However, all sales are final and are sold as is. We reserve the right to cancel orders should there be an error either on pricing or should should our client make any error(s) with regards to what items are allowed to be for sale, in particular should it conflict with the sale of the real estate property or estate. Should your order be cancelled, we will refund the order in full by the original payment method.
Picking Up Your Purchase: As always, picking up your purchase is the responsibility of you, the buyer. You must pick up during listed operating hours. If you do not pick up before the sale concludes your item will be donated and fund forfeited. We do not provide packing materials or offer moving assistance so please come prepared with help and with the proper sized transportation, especially for large or specialty items (furniture, light fixtures, pool tables, etc.).
For any sale we are hosting, we are a private company and reserve the right to refuse service to any one that may enter. We reserve the right to refuse service to any one that is uncooperative of the house rules, is rude or belligerent with staff or other customers. All items sold as is where is and is final sale.
