Terms of Sale: Items sold on a first come first serve basis, “AS IS”. ALL SALES FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Forms of payment accepted: cash or e-transfer. Items must be picked up over the weekend or at another agreed upon date.

• Two custom upholstered sofas - the wood frame was hand carved and finished in Spain. The fabric is custom ($100’s per square foot) and down filled. Both are in excellent condition.
