Pick Up Days & Times: Saturday March 22nd 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Pick Up Procedure: We will happily bring your item down to your car, please pull up to the front of the building and call Kosta (small items only). If you wish to view something in person you will be required to park in the lower level garage in visitor parking. For assistance please call Kosta (416) 565-1159. Large items and furniture must be discussed by appointment.

To View Items in Person Please schedule an appointment by scheduling an appointment in our reservation app.

NOTE When Picking Up Your Purchase: Furniture and large items will have to be picked up by appointment as an elevator will have to be reserved. As always, picking up your purchase is the responsibility of you, the buyer. You must pick up during listed operating hours. If you do not pick up before the sale concludes your item will be donated and fund forfeited. We do not provide packing materials or offer moving assistance so please come prepared with help and with the proper sized transportation, especially for large or specialty items (furniture, light fixtures, pool tables, etc.).

Sale Terms: All items are described to the best of our ability and as true to likeness as possible. Cash or e-Transfer accepted in person. All items are sold “as is” and are FINAL SALE. You must arrange your own transportation and have help to load up your purchases with you.
