Sale Terms: This is an in-person sale, no appointments necessary. All items are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis, all items are FINAL SALE and sold “AS IS” including electronics and appliances. Cash or e-transfer accepted. Note you are entering the sale voluntarily, please be mindful when walking around the property as we do not accept responsibility for any accidents that you may incur. You assume all responsibility when purchasing any item, especially pertaining to large furniture, you are responsible for moving and transporting it on your own.
