Dates & Times: Saturday April 5th, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, and Sunday April 6th, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm and Monday April 7th 11:00 am - 3:00 pm.
NOTE: The sale will also likely continue the following Saturday but please wait for a formal announcement.
Sale Terms: Large furniture items will be available for purchase prior to the weekend, however ALL other items will be available for purchase in-person Saturday morning starting at 9 am. Items can be purchased by cash or e-Transfer. Items will be photographed and described to the best of our ability however all sales are FINAL AND SOLD AS IS. Please note these items are used and while are in excellent condition they will not be “perfect”.
Pick Up Information & Terms: Pick up is the responsibility of THE BUYER. You may purchase and pick up items from our open house this weekend during posted hours. You must arrange your own transportation AND BRING ADEQUATE HELP. You will be expected to maintain the integrity of the home and will assume liability for any damages should they be incurred by you or your movers or representatives.
